In consideration of my child(ren)'s participation, I agree to indemnify the three parishes in the Shepherd of Souls AFC and the Diocese of New Ulm from any claims or lawsuits brought against any of the three parishes in the Shepherd of Souls AFC and the Diocese of New Ulm by myself, my child(ren), or others, that arises as a result of any behavior of my child(ren) at the Totus Tuus location. I also agree to pay reasonable attorney's fees or expenses incurred by any or all of the three parishes in the Shepherd of Souls AFC and the Diocese of New Ulm in defense of such a claim/suit.
